Terms & Conditions

for Hotel Room Bookings

1. Booking Confirmation
  • A valid credit card is required to confirm your booking.
  • All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
  • Bookings will be confirmed via email or written confirmation from the hotel.
2. Check-in & Check-out
  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
  • Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellation Policy
  • Standard Rate: Cancellations made up to 48 hours before check-in will not incur any charges.
  • Non-Refundable Rate: Cancellations will result in 100% of the stay being charged.
  • No-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in will result in a charge for the first night’s stay.
4. Payment Terms
  • Full payment for the stay is required upon check-in unless otherwise stated.
  • Additional services or facilities used during the stay will be charged upon check-out.
5. Identification Requirement
  • All guests are required to present valid identification upon check-in (passport, driver’s license, or government-issued ID).
6. Children & Extra Beds
  • Children under the age of 5 stay free of charge when using existing beds.
  • Extra beds can be arranged for an additional charge and must be requested at the time of booking.
7. Pets
  • Pets are not allowed unless otherwise stated or agreed upon prior to arrival.
8. Guest Conduct
  • Guests are expected to behave responsibly and not cause any disruption to other guests.
  • The hotel reserves the right to ask guests to vacate the property if they are found causing damage or disturbances.
9. Damages
  • Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. Charges for damages will be applied at the hotel’s discretion.
10. Force Majeure
  • Hotel Vista Mussoorie will not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations under these terms due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).
11. Liability
  • The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to use in-room safes and ensure that valuables are secured.
12. Privacy Policy
  • Personal information collected during booking will be used strictly for reservation purposes and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
